"Tokyo Magnitude 8.0" will be shown from July 2009 in the Noitamina after "Eden of the East" ends its run. The series is directed by Tachibana Masanori and produced by Bones and Cinema Citrus. It depicts the aftermath after an earthquake measuring 8.0 on the Richter scale hits Tokyo. Mirai, a year 1 junior high student is in Odaiba with her brother Yuki when the earthquake strikes. The siblings meet a delivery rider Mari there and the three of them work together to get back to their homes in Setagaya.
